Key Accountabilities
?Responsible for the accurate global operation of infrastructure and technical application processes in the area of responsibility in accordance with the deployment of CBS / SGL guidelines and standards
?Manage global operations and technical functions supporting the business in the related commercial areas (Infrastructure) in conjunction with the other departments of the CBS group
?Manage IT staffing including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, and personnel development and performance evaluation for the area of responsibility.
?Balanced resource management and development to keep high level of support / project quality and develop staff to operational and people excellence
?Execute implementation of new ideas and innovations applying Six Sigma
?Contribute to change management including determination of IT / business needs, the planning processes, the implementation schedules and the definition of staffing and training needs according to the direction of the CBS department
?Contribute to business case justification and cost / benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
?Contribute to selection and coordination of external service providers in the area of responsibility for application consulting and support
?Contribute to adherence to specific laws, security rules and authorizations concerning data security
?Be responsible and accountable for CBS global goals and objectives, also for the implementation rollout of global projects
?Set overall objectives for the respective CBS infrastructure and technical application and individual objectives for direct reports
?Provides planning and consulting services on business process and application development to respective business departments and plants of the SGL group
?Responsible for generating the yearly budget in his area of responsibility in context with the OMP process of CBS
?Responsible for IT service desk of Asia-Pacific, ensure the team to provide the consistency services of best satisfaction to customers
Experience:
?3+ years in leading infrastructure projects with international scope / employees
?Strong leadership skills
?Experience working in global team-oriented, collaborative environment
?Proven experience in managing 10+ employees or project members and budget management
?Broad experience in IT processes and infrastructure as well as project management, good general knowledge in IT applications
Skills:
?Demonstrates ability to efficiently and effectively apply IT solutions to solve business requirements
?Experience with IT infrastructure design from business requirement analysis till day-to-day support
?Proven communication and presentation skill working in global teams
?Proven written, oral, interpersonal English communication skills
?Ability to conduct research into IT issues and products
?Ability to present topics in business- and user-friendly language
?Highly self-motivated and self-directed
