Lodestone Advisors is a Singapore-based global financial advisory firm. We specialize in helping out clients navigate the global financial landscape towards creating sustainable wealth. The firm was founded by a team of experienced of investment professionals (two experienced investment professionals) from NY, who have had extensive experience in investment banking, private equity and public-market investing.

行政助理

职位要求

20-28岁，专科或以上学历

有良好的英文交流能力，1年以上行政助理或相关工作经验

性格外向开朗，做事认真负责，具有良好的处事应变能力；积极主动，有进取心

熟悉操作office常用办公软件，例word, excel等

工作职责

负责将客户信息录入系统

负责公司员工的出勤休假统计，并及时进行更新及管理

跟进公司日常对内对外行政相关事务性工作、部门工作沟通与协调等

负责办公用品的采购、分发、登记等工作

负责公司的档案管理及各类文件的打印，机票、酒店预订等
