职位描述：
Principal Duties for this position will include / 主要职责：
Provide accounting-related services for FIEs including but not limited to :
为外商投资企业提供会计方面的咨询服务，包括但不限于：
 
- fulfill the bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements for our clients
  完成客户公司的每月代理记账及编制财务报表和管理报表的工作
- Assist in tax filing, invoice preparation and all kinds of tax issues for our clients’ company
  负责办理客户公司的纳税申报，发票管理及各类相关税务事宜
- Assist the clients to improve internal capital / fund management, provide proper consultancy related to financial management of the clients 协助客户完善内部资金管理, 正确解答客户相关财务管理咨询
- Prepare the payroll and social charges calculation
  负责客户公司的工资和社保计算及发放
- Compilation of information for government statistical reports when required
  政府相关统计文件编制
- Maintaining year-end papers and spreadsheets and assisting with preparation for audits
  年度文件报表的准备以及协助审计
- Assisting senior consultants for the other consultation tasks
  协助资深顾问在其他咨询工作

Required Qualifications: / 任职资格：
- College education in accounting or finance 大学会计或财务专业
- 3-4 years experiences, in accounting or consulting firm is perferred / 3-4年工作经验，有会计事务所或财务咨询公司工作经验优先
- Daily reading and written in English 具备书面和口头英文表达能力
- Familiar with Chinese accounting system and tax regulations (especially for foreign investment)
  熟悉中国会计制度和税务法律法规（尤其是外商投资企业方面）
- Familiar with accounting software and ERP system such as KingDee, YongYou, Quickbook, SAP etc., MS Office and other
  basic computer skills 熟悉财务软件和ERP系统，Excel和其他基本的办公软件
- Fast learner with a take charge attitude, ability to be flexible 具备责任心，学习能力和灵活应变能力
- Must be a team work player 具备团队精神
