Role:
Procurement Analytics Specialist will implement and run Procurement analytics business service for ’s top-tier clients, working closely with the sales, solutioning & delivery teams
Role and Requirements:
Managing Analytics Service Delivery
？ Manage delivery and execution of Procurement analytics services for ’s top tier clients in various areas
？ driving procurement cost reduction initiatives, conducting spend analytics, contract and compliance analytics, category profiling and opportunity identification, supply market assessment, cost modeling & financial analysis, procurement risk analysis and supplier performance assessment
？ managing analytics deals for procurement (across materials and services including commodities) as applicable
？ leveraging outsourced Procure to Pay processes to build advanced analytics based reporting to provide enhanced business insights to our clients
？ Build and provide subject matter expertise in Sourcing & Procurement for delivery of the deals
Managing Stakeholders
？ Support lead and managers in manage relationships with client stakeholders – build client shareable material for holding discussions on analytical insights, and planning for new analytics needs
？ Collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders: delivery leads, account management for service delivery, capability showcase and new business development for the deals
Professional and Academic Requirements
？ MBA/Masters/Engineering degree from Top Tier Institutes
？ Minimum 6-8 years of experience across Industry, Consulting or Outsourcing organizations
？ Candidates with a few years of hands-on experience of Procurement in the industry preferred
？ Global experience will be an advantage
？ Understanding of TCO concepts, spend and cost modeling / analytics in Procurement domain
？ Exposure to sourcing of Indirect categories and / or Direct categories
？ Experience and understanding of sourcing and analytics tools such as Ariba, Emptoris, SAP MM/SRM will be an advantage. Additionally expertise in Excel & Access based modeling required.
？ Good team handling experience of having handled a team of 5+ buyers / consultants
？ Strong business acumen and financials understanding
