职位描述：
熟悉六轴机器人的运用，具备全自动整线方案布局经验，了解激光焊接、电阻焊、等离子清洁、涂胶等相关工艺，带领方案团队完成以下目标：
一、 售前阶段Quotation phase：
1.协助销售做技术澄清 support sales for technical clarification
2.绘制概念布局图 Drawing the layout.
3.方案安全、循环时间、可达性分析 solution safety、cycle time and process analysis
4.设备工作环境、客户车间物流了解 equipment work environment and customer material flow situation check
5.技术难点分析,必要时需要其他部门支持 technical risk analysis，if necessary other department should support them.
6.提供设计夹具要求，设计提供夹具概念，give specification of fixture, Fixture designer
7.和售后技术部门讨论可行性 discussion with programmer of feasibility
8.和各部门一起合作提供报价 Provide quotation.
9.提供设备清单 Main equipment list

二、 项目阶段Project phase：
1.绘制详细的项目布局图、安装布局图、工程布局图Detail layout of project、Installation layout、Installation layout
2.设计部出工程图前细化3D模块确认是否满足要求 confirm detail 3D module function before designer release BOM and drawings
3.协助项目负责人完成水电气网络布局图、电气线槽布线
support project manager for electrical power、and cable duct layout and other resource planning
4.协助项目经理完成项目过渡


岗位要求 Requirements:
1.大学本科学历及以上，机械或工业自动化背景； Bachelor's degree or above, the mechanical or industrial automation working background;
2.具备三年以上自动化行业相关工作经验，有严密的技术型思维； More than five years relevant work experience in the same industry, have strict technical thinking;
3.熟悉各类自动化设备，熟悉锂电池工艺优先考虑；
Be familiar with the aluminum foundry automation equipment (necessary), familiar with aluminum foundry process is preferred.
4.能熟练使用各种绘图软件，如Auto-CAD,PRO-E，solidworks，UG等机械制图软件；Skilled using a variety of mechanical drawing software, such as Auto-CAD, PRO-E, UG is preferred.
5.具备整线、单站的方案设计能力，能根据客户要求设计自动化系统三维模拟演示；
Design entire line of single-station, 3D simulation demo design automation system as customer required;
6.有过工装夹具设计经验，有过抓手设计经验优先考虑； With fixture design experience, and with gripper design experience is preferred;
7.能熟悉使用各种办公软件。（Word、 Excel、PPT）Skill used office software (Word, Excel, PPT)
8.有较强的报告及演示能力，具有良好的沟通能力。Strong report and presentation skills, good communication skills.
9.具有良好的售前支持和客户沟通能力； Good pre-sales support and customer communication skills, good spoken English; 举报 分享
