职位描述：
We are looking for an experienced quality engineer who is familiar with (one of) these industries. Main task for you will be making sure the quality of the items send to our customers are within specifications. You will visit factories and check items according to the technical drawing.

Besides checking the items you will also contribute in production process improvement and collect and use the various data to get a clear picture of product history and improvement.
You can consult the customer regarding any quality related question and deal with a complaint if necessary.

Production processes you will be dealing with are the following;
- Stamping sheet metal
- Bending
- Milling of steel, stainless steel, aluminum or plastic items
- Turning of steel, stainless steel, aluminum or plastic items
- Lost wax casting of stainless steel
- Injection mold casting of plastic
- Various surface treatments such as powder coating, zincing, KTL paint or anodizing

Tasks and responsibilities
- Check various items according to the technical drawing
- Visit various factories to inspect the products, but also the production facility
- Collect, use and store data to build a clear history file of a product
- Communicate product requirements to suppliers
- Contribute in process improvement by checking the different production steps
- Contribute in the development of a new product by advising on production methods or surface treatments
- Deal with and solve complaints from the customer using a 8D form


Position requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in a quality environment (preferably with experience concerning products mentioned above).
- Preferably experience with various quality documents such as PPAP.
- Excellent verbal / written English skills
- Fluent in Chinese
- Sufficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel (up to 3 days a week)
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to write good / clear / concise reports in English 举报 分享
