职位描述
岗位职责：
1.完成年度业务指标；
2.在公司市场策略的指导下，开发并赢取华东或华北区新客户；
3.为客户设计项目方案，进行技术和商务谈判，并提供整套的解决方案
4.负责收集市场及竞争对手信息，并及时反馈给公司领导层以供其作决策参考；
5.与客户保持良好的关系，了解并解决客户需求；
6.其它必要的相关工作
任职要求：
1.大学本科或以上学历，印刷学院尤佳；
2.具有5年以上的国内包装、印刷行业的销售经验，具有相关的印刷专业知识；（无印刷行业经历者，暂不考虑）
3.具有大型设备合同谈判的经验，有较强的商务谈判技能；
4.熟悉行业情况和具体的区域、客户分布情况，具有相应的客户资源；
5.熟练的英语沟通表达能力；
6.熟悉Office相关软件的操作；
7.具有独立工作的能力及一定的自律性；
8.个性开朗、主动及有一定的韧性及进取心；
9.具有良好的沟通能力，具团队合作精神；
10.工作地点为上海或北方，但能经常出差

-Chinese national,fluent in English in written and spoken form.
