Purchaser

EXPERBUY is a French group specialized in Purchasing & Procurement service. Located in France, USA, Nordics countries, Romania, Germany, and China. For our Shanghai Branch, we are currently looking for a Purchaser.

SUMMARY
Undertakes purchasing service or goods procurement services with suppliers to meet the customer’s needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Under management of Purchasing Team Leader
Process the operations of our customers and our suppliers, purchasing, procurement and confirmations in compliance with ExperBuy procedures. Understand the needs, identify the suppliers, negotiate (in particular price, quantity, deadlines, quality and payment conditions), make bids, place and track orders, provide customer and supplier invoicing documents, manage, resolve and inform customers concerning disputes.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. International Business education background
2. At least 2 years experience on trading or purchasing
3. Standard trading process, import-export process knowledge is mandatory
4. Computer skill : MS office, familiar with Excel, ERP will be appreciated
5. English level : Reading, writing and speaking at least CET4 level
6. Result-oriented, organisation and focus on quality, negotiation and communication with suppliers and clients

SALARY
Yearly gross Salary 80 000RMB, with 10% bonus included. 举报 分享
