职位描述：
Job Description:

1） Fabric inspection using the 4 point system
用四分制进行面料检验

2） Participant into pre-production meetings with factory technical，quality & production teams for mattress/cover projects
针对新项目、重要项目，参与工厂的技术、质量及生产部门一起召开的产前会议。协助床垫套产品的开发。

3） Conduct inline and/or final inspection using the AQL system,
用AQL标准进行中期及尾期质量检验

4） Problem shooting for the defects found on site.
针对现场检验中发现的质量问题， 帮助工厂找出解决问题的方法

5） Review varies quality reports with factories, and work with relative factories for correction plan to improve the overall quality level.
与工厂一起分析各类质量报表，制定切实有效的改进计划，以提高质量水平

Qualification:

1) Good textile knowledge, textile related college degree or above is preferred. Experience on mattress knitted ticking prefered.
纺织类大专以上专业背景，针织床垫面料实际工作经验优先。

2) Minimum 3 years solid experience in QC of mattress industry, experience in USA mattress brand is prefered.
3年以上床垫行业质量控制实际经验，美国品牌床垫行业工作经验优先。

3) Effective communciation skill and good problem slover
良好的沟通能力和解决问题能力

4) Strong integrity and well organized
为人正直，工作有条理

5) Good energy level to adapt to travel mobility
