Engineer, Sales

Task and Responsibilities

• Introduction of company and products to customers through presentations;
• Promote & sell products/services to new and potential customers/industries;
• Looks for new business opportunities with current customers and current industries;
• Daily interaction with customers via significant amount of telephone calls and face-to-face communications;
• Developing and coordinating both commercial and technical proposals;
• Liaison with customers and our engineers on technical clarifications, negotiates the terms and conditions of the contracts;
• Follow up payments for on-going project;
• Other extra work assignments from the superior when needed.

Requirement

Education: College graduate and major in Marketing or admin or English;

Working Experience: Minimum 2 years sales and business development working experience in chemical and pharmaceutical market, industry as well as engineering and construction market;

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Knowledge of China chemical and pharmaceutical market, industry as well as engineering and construction market;
• Network of the key clients in the above mentioned markets and industries;
• Minimum 2 years sales and business development working experience in the above mentioned industries;
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Engineering, Business or related field;
• Commercial aptitude to identify business opportunities and risks;
• Proactive, willing to learn and to work on details;
• Good Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
• Good communication and people skills – able to influence others;
• Familiar with MS-Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
