职位描述
Main Task:
Provide executive administrative support:
Translate documents/conversations.
Calendar management. Arrange meetings and travel plans.
Travel and hotel arrangements, handle expenses claims.
Ensuring efficient internal & external communications with related stake holders.
Arrange invitation letters / visas for visitors to China.
Overall responsible for local and national procurement activities
which include supplier selection and audit, sample approval,
contracting, quotation, ordering, delivery.
Banking and custom experience
Processing expenses, invoices, book keeping, and taxation
Monitor mail and handle/forward issues as appropriate
Other Tasks:
Responsible for goods receiving, storage, distribution and inventory maintenance.
Work close with forwarder and carrier on order schedule follow up and anticipate issues.
Providing solutions for recurring quality and delivery problems.
Documents filing and system databases maintaining; monthly purchasing report.
Perform other purchasing-related functions.
Ensure the correctness of all shipping documents.
Keep all concerned parties informed about shipment activity timely.
Evaluate vendor, forwarder, and carrier performance to get improved.
Optimise the Logistic process to continuously reduce costs and lead-times.
To be responsible for the export tax refund and related foreign currency, electrocity gate and other concerned
operation
Manage Customs clearance & CIQ inspection,give the correct instruction to customs broker so as to do smoothly
clearance based on government regulation.
Prepare export related documents to customs broker
Support export foreign currency verification
Freight rate inquiry
Coordinate or apply the necessary documents for both origin and destination import shipping documents
Personal Attributes and Qualifications:
BA or Master in Business
An excellent command of Chinese and English language, both written and oral is mandatory,
along with excellent organizational skills, problem solving ability, result oriented, pro-active, multi-task oriented,and well organized with a demonstrated attention to details. Sound professional ethics, honest, andcapable to maitaining confidential information. Be able to work under pressure.
Good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet
Good work attitude
Be capable of working independently
Willing to learn
