职位描述：
Position Summary
1. Provide proper support and service to all ECCO customers in the market;
2. Ensure a close and continual dialogue with distributors / HQ and Agent/ 3PL;
3. Make sure that all relevant information is provided to the markets / customers;
4. Ensure that the distributor and Local office, as well as HQ are informed about any deviations as well as key activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Monitor stock inbound and outbound process, work with 3PL to update daily stock report and keep an accurate stock of shoes, accessories and shopping bags, monitor A&A distribution to dealers.
2) In time processing accurate return, and coordinate with other departments for return goods disposal.
3) Communicate with retail to make sure on time delivery from Warehouse to retail stores and return, handle retail’ logistics complaint in shortest possible time, always a feedback within 24 hours.
4) Lead quarterly stocktaking, quality shoes and A&A checking.
5) Monitor warehouse stock management performance and propose improvement base on evaluation on a quarterly basis (KPI: Inventory accuracy=99.95%).
6) Check 3PL warehouse invoices to ensure all charges are correct, paid timely.
7) Timely placing seasonal main orders in SAP.
8) Provide first time assistance to others in the team besides the above.

REQUIREMENTS
        --College degree or above
？ --Excellent Knowledge of SAP, and good PC skills (excellent MS Excel);
？ --With good knowledge in sales order management, outbound delivery, mainland transportation and warehouse management.
？ --Good command of oral and written English.
？ --5 years above logistics working experience, 3 years order management experience required.
？ --Good analytical and problem solving skills.
？ --Strong sense of responsibilities. Can work under the pressure and independent.
