职位描述：
Job Duty & Responsibility
工作职责
1. Project coordination for machine delivery projects and service projects.
2. Hold kick-off meeting to clarify delivery scope, time schedule, budget etc. for big and hot projects or external order.
3. Release capacity reservation to VLK for internal order, and customer PO follow up and send back OA on time.
4. Release internal delivery time schedule on time, report progress to main contractor or end customer.
5. Supervise and control project cost under budget, and review cost & analysis for activities of further project.
6. Monthly updating internal production indicators, like on time delivery, monthly delivery amount, etc.
7. Supervise resource planning, and monthly project hrs checking and follow up.
8. Service projects process handling, like PO follow up, send back OA, hrs reporting in Baan, cost collecting and invoicing, etc.
9. Updating and reporting internal monthly capacity & load for all engineers.
10. Fulfill task assigned by production management team.
11. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
12. Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system.
13. Engage in the production and support work of hi-tech product

Job Requirement & Qualification
任职要求
1. Fluent in Mandarin and English,
2. Bachelor degree or above with mechanical background.
3. Has knowledge of equipment assembly, has production management experience will be a plus,
4. Willing and able to flexibility work within a developing organization,
5. Working experience in the process of ERP will be a plus, has Auto CAD skill and a full complement of Microsoft software capability. 举报 分享
