We are now looking for a secretary to be based in our Shanghai office. Applicants should process the following qualifications and qualities:
Job Description:
1. Providing a full range of secretarial/ administration support to fee-earners;
2. Drafting and typing standard documents;
3. File management and electronic dairying support;
4. Coordinate conferences, meetings and appointments;
5. Handling travel arrangements, expense reports and meeting logics;
6. Processing bills and keeping track of time entries for fee earners; and
7. Other assignments from fee earners.

Qualifications:
1. Experience as a secretary in international law firms and overseas companies preferred;
2. Over 4 years working experience;
3. Fluent spoken & written English;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, helpful and supportive with good team skills;
5. Pro-active, possesses a good sense of judgment, able to prioritize tasks, efficient and able to work under pressure; and
6. Strong PC skills, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing. 举报 分享
