Qualification资历要求
1. Graduate of college or University; Commercial or Engineering majors are preferred;
大学或大专毕业，工科或商科；
2. Fluent English communication skill;
英语交流能力好；
3. Familiar with Excel & PPT;
熟悉EXCEL 和 PPT等办公软件；
4. Working experience of 2-3 year or above at related background of logistics/supply chain is a plus;
应聘主管需要2-3年的物流或供应链方面相似工作经验
5. Teamwork, and responsible, nice communication capability is a MUST;

Jobs主要工作职责
1. Components Supply and Demand management for BIC OEM Asia business;
BIC 亚洲OEM元件供需管理
- To make the plan for replenishing the stock of components;
库存补货计划制定；
- To place the POs, track the shipments, supervise the receiving ;
下采购订单，追踪发货，监督收货；
- To ensure delivery the components to BIC OEMs in Asia wide;
保证BIC亚洲OEM制造商元件供应；
- To manage the payment for AP & AR to ensure the cash flow;
管理应收应付账款；
- To manage the shelf life of the stock;
库存料件保质期管理；

2. Warehouse and Freight Forwarder Management
仓库和运输商管理
- To make physical inventory regularly at warehouse, ensure BIC Components stock safe and correct;
定期仓库实地盘存，保证库存BIC元件的安全和正确；
- To monitor the performance of warehouse supplier and freight forwarders, including the cost control and service delivery on time;
监督仓库和运输商的绩效，包括费用和服务及时性;
- To confirm / renew the contract with the service providers;
签订或续签仓库及运输商服务合同；
- To check the invoice of service cost and issue the payment;
核对发票和安排付款

3. Reports and System Data
报告和系统数据
- To prepare the reports monthly to present the components supply and demand status;
准备月度供求信息及业务情况报告
- To update the system with the business data regularly;
