DESCRIPTION
Position: Intern
Department: Finance
Work Location: Shanghai
Reports to: Assistant Accountant

OVERVIEW
This is an Internship role that will be required to support the finance team in Shanghai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Journal posting on a timely and accurate manner
? Tidy up invoices and expense claiming forms
? Neaten and archive accounting related files
? Other ad hoc projects

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

PROFESSIONAL AND/OR TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
? University Student, major in accountancy or equivalent disciplines

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
? Organization and communication skills - fluent spoken and written English required
? IT knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Windows platforms
? Time management skills with the ability to work alone
? Knowledge of YongYouU8
? Immediate available is preferred

PERSONAL QUALITIES
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with finance team
? Positive working attitude with strong analytical and problem solving skills
