Required Skills:

1.background of electrical(motor) engineering

2.working on electrical motor for 3+ years

3.skill of trouble shooting

4.focus on single phase induction motor and universal motor

5.open mind---willing to grow

6.positive---always looking for opportunities and solutions

7.understand UL/CSA/CE requirement to the motor
