职位描述：
Responsibilities职责:
1、Participate to the team of offer development or feasibility verification of the new products
参与新产品项目发展小组和可行性认证
2、Plan the SOP activities of the new products 制定新产品量产计划及相关工作
3、Cost BOM evaluation (investment/cycle time), make the cost evaluation/industrialization plan
物料清单的成本评估（投资/周期），制定成本评估/产业化进程
4、Be responsible for developing related project Layout , WI, PFMEA, flow chart, process card.
负责相关项目Layout, PFMEA, 流程图，过程卡, 作业指导书的开发运用
5、Follows SOP of the new products by ensuring the target of variable cost and investment of the new products and the timing of the implementation
跟踪新产品量产情况，确保可变的成本的目标、投资额度及执行的时间表
6、Maintain product BOM according to technical BOM in MFG system
根据物料清单在MFG系统中维护物料产品
7、Organize the capacity and capability study and analyses; Responsible for PV batch assembly
组织产能和能力学习和分析，负责PV件装配
8、Make necessary communication with R&D, purchase, logistic, maintenance, quality department to resolve some problem 与研发、采购、物流、维修、质量部门沟通合作解决相关问题
9、Ensure relevant documents, files, drawing keeping in order 确保相关文件图纸存放和记录
10、Support process improvements through WCM-Team activity
通过WCM活动支持过程优化
11、Other tasks assigned by the superior
领导布置的其他工作

Requirements要求:
1、Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or engine
机械工程或发动机专业本科以上学历
2、Minimum 8-years experience in machining and assembly, preferable in automobile components
至少八年以上机械装配领域工作经验，有汽车零部件行业经验者优先
3、Good PC skills including Excel, Project, AutoCAD etc
良好的计算机能力，包括Excel, Project, AutoCAD等
4、Experience in Quality System (ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001)
熟悉ISO/TS16949 和ISO14001体系标准要求
5、Good command of English in both spoken and written 良好的英语书面及口语能力
6、Good communication skills and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通能力和人际关系 举报 分享
