I. Job Summary:
This role will work with Regional HR Manager, assisting in the implementation and execution of regional HR strategies and initiatives, as well as the local adaptation of global HR guidelines & policies in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Singapore. His / Her efforts will help to ensure and enhance day-to-day operational HR support provided to AXJ employees in different locations, facing the business expansion and headcount growth. His / Her main focus will be put on the maintenance of labor relations, management of HR administrative issues and personnel filing, attendance and leave control.
II. Key Duties Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Labor Relations
1) Prepare all legal documents for employee entry & exit in AXJ locations, maintain employee census as required by local labor bureau;
2) Stay abreast of any update on local labor legislations in Shanghai / Beijing / Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan / Singapore, identify latent risks, and propose possible solutions for the company;
3) Assist in the regular review and revision of employee handbook and labor disciplines;
4) Draft and track internal performance warnings and other labor documents;
5) Provide HR advices and suggestions to solve employee complaints and enquiries, report to the next level as necessary;
2. Compensation & Benefits:
1) Work with CIIC in Shanghai / Beijing, Tricor in Hong Kong / Macau, E&Y in Taiwan, finance colleague in Singapore on social benefits plans, update employee information on a timely manner, secure the data accuracy;
2) Provide necessary support on IIT filing return especially in Shanghai & Beijing;
3) Liaise with local authority to register tax benefits for non-Chinese employees working in Shanghai & Beijing;
4) Coordinate with local 3rd party service providers to execute respective benefit plans in all 6 AXJ locations;
3. Personnel Administration:
1) Keep track of headcount change, manage personnel filing; inform relevant parties, update EDM accordingly;
2) Record and track employee attendance, calculate and manage working hours for salon staff in Shanghai & Beijing;
3) Annual non-standard working hours registration in local labor bureau for Shanghai & Beijing salon staff;
4) Follow local handbook to track and control leave requests;
4. Talent Acquisition:
1) Job posting, CV screening, and phone interview for openings published on 51job;
2) Follow-up on the pre-employment checks for new hires;
3) Coordinate the orientation program.

? Local 3rd party service providers (CIIC, Tricor, E&Y, FADV, Insurance Companies,…).
IV. Job Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree or above, 3+ years’ relevant experience in HR management, most ideally from retail business;
? Necessary HR knowledge and skillset, good understanding of local legal regulations and market practices;
? Strong presentation and interpersonal skills;
? Efficient communication with compassion, good listener;
? Able to detect problems and to provide solutions;
? Well-organized, result-oriented, attention to details;
? Fluent English and adequate computer skills.
