1、公司员工的薪资和奖金的核算；
2、员工的薪资方案的初步拟定；
3、薪资交流和专项激励机制；
4、协助完成绩效考核核算工作；
5、员工合同修订，续约等事项；
6、完成上级安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、必须具有1年以上薪酬奖金制作的工作经验，热情开朗；
2、能熟练使用office软件，尤其EXCEL熟练；
3、良好的人际沟通及团队合作的精神；
4、工作仔细、认真，原则性强，能承受较大的工作压力。

I Shine English originates from Taiwan and has been operated on mainland China for a few years now. I-Shine’s achievements have been covered by several leading international Media, such as “Business Weekly”.
