Responsibilities

- Support Compliance implementation in Shanghai office

- Maintain and update various compliance files

- Support Marketing & Communication in activities in China

- Support Risk Management in insurance coverage, etc.

- Support Legal in company secretarial services to Baird Asia entities

- Frequent communication with US updating project status

- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree

- Excellent English command in both oral and written, TEM 8 preferred

- Strong inter-personal skills

- Good PC Skills

- Self-motivated and able to take on multi tasks

- Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply
