具有零售店铺工程管理经验（5年或以上）；
具有零售店铺现场施工经验（3年或以上）；
具有零售店铺施工图纸阅读和绘制能力（AUTOCAD等）；
具有零售店铺家具生产安装经验（3年或以上）；
具备施工项目沟通协调能力
具备项目文件数据整理能力
有一定的英文表达能力，包括英文邮件的阅读与收发，有一定的英文口语沟通能力；
具有良好的沟通能力（与供应商、客户、其他部门）
工作思路清晰有条理，能及时准确的完成工作任务；
具有较强的工作责任心，耐心、细心，能吃苦耐劳；
