Position: Business Consultant Report to: Business Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
？ According to corporate regulations and business principles, work independently to create customer satisfaction and achieve monthly and annual business targets;
？ Understand business market of responsible niche industries, identify the potential BD channels and customers, and bring new customers and business to the company;
？ Maintain good relationship and seamless communication with current customers, master the business operation, recruitment needs, and interview cycles as required;
？ Satisfy customer recruitment assignments needs, including JD discussion, work allocation, candidate sourcing, interviews, recommendation, and case summaries;
？ Summarize assignment progress, consolidate candidates resources, improve Internal Database, and make work efficiency analysis regularly for further improvement;
？ Manage daily work and growth of Recruitment Specialists if needed, ensure their effectiveness and efficiency of candidates sourcing and recommendation reports;
？ Help Business Team Leader to finish other tasks and projects, to strengthen team competitiveness, enlarge customer base, and boost corporate business;
？ Keep on self-learning and continuous work improvement to accomplish personal career growth; Add real values to business excellence and corporate culture building.

Key Qualifications:
？ Bachelor Degree or above, good command of English and Computer;
？ Minimum 2 years work experience in executive search or related industry;
？ Solid experience of serving European/US clients as a Business Consultant;
？ Able to develop new clients and maintain good relationship with current ones;
？ Professional and efficient in assignment management and candidate sourcing;
？ Previous excellent work performance records and willing to embrace challenge;
？ Responsible, result driven, integrity, multi-task capability, good inter-personal skills;
？ Ambitious, self motivated, willing to learn, and could perform under great pressure.
