职位：工厂订单管理员，生产计划

Position: Order coordinator

工作地址：上海康桥；未定

Working location: Kangqiao, Shanghai; TBD.

要求：

Requirements:

至少有3年的工作经验。其中至少有2年从事订单跟踪工作。有工厂生产计划优先录取。

大学毕业。

有良好的沟通技巧，善于团队合作，能在压力下工作。

精通办公室软件的操作。有操作物料系统的相关知识。

有良好英语阅读能力。

At least 3 years working experience. At least 2 years working experience at manuefactory. Production planning skill is prefered.

College degree,

Excellent microsoft office skill. ERP system knowledge is prefered.

Excellent communication skills, teamwork and resistant to the pressure;

Be good at English at least reading and writing.

Be honest and high sense of responsibility.

工作内容表述：

订单管理：协调工厂内各部门共同合作，确保订单准确无误及时交货。完成出货计划，及时与总部沟通汇报订单完成情况。

销售支持：管理销售协议，管理客户信息，完成销售报表。

物流管理：完成出货计划，装运计划，安排货运，完成货运文件。

PO management:

Coordinate all departments work gethering to achieve the in time delivery.

Report the PO situation to the plant manager,

Update production plan and shipping schedule to the heardquarter;

Sales support:

Work with customer to finalize the sales contract

Maintain the customer info. data base

Monthly update the sales report

Logistic management:

Arrange the finish goods delivery

Submit the shipping document and work with Customs

Report the shipping situation
