职位描述：
Reports to: Production Manager
Location: Shanghai
Direct reports: Production Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all relative operators follow the WI and Control Plan.
2. Ensure the safety and quality system running smoothly in the plant, make sure good workshop discipline.
3. Establish & review work instruction and train operators accordingly, improve employees’ operating abilities.
4. Responsible for 5S management supervision and audit to ensure the floor keep clean, neat and well organized
5. Cascade down the production schedule to ultimate utilize the resources and capacity
6. Efficiently allocate the labor resources to meet the scheduled production plan
7. Training and supervise subordinate execution quality control as WI/Procedure defined to ensure the quality products procedure
8. Organize and coordinate the shift resources to troubleshot and analysis issues happened on shifts to keep production run smoothly.
9. Make sure all the ERP and logistics system information and data is well maintained
10. Control material waste and reduce the production scrap with leading the team to continuously improve
11. Coordinate other related functions to solve production issue and improvements
12. Training, coaching team members and appraise their performance
13. Use proper manage tools including incentive solutions to keep team high moral
14. Other assigned work from superior.

Measurement of Performance:
1. Safety incident on shift and floor 5S/discipline performance
2. Production schedule on time fulfill rate
3. First Pass Rate of FG
4. Direct labor efficiency
5. Production scrap rate
6. WIP material variance
7. Production data accuracy

Requirements:
1. Colleague education background or above.
2. More than 5 years manufacturing working experience, automotive industry is plus, at least 3 years in production supervising field.
8. Rich experience at improving 5S & capability of production line and training employees.
9. Good execution force and best working efficiency have problem solving ability.
10. Familiar with manufacturing forming process and work flow especially
11. Familiar with MS office and has ERP experience, Oracle is preferred.
12. Good communication skill and teamwork sprite, could communicate in English is a plus.
13. Open mind and logistic thinking, willing to work by shift turns.
