· To help manager follow up customer transactions such as quotes, purchase orders, change orders, returns, etc and put all information into pentagon system.

· Perform Contract Review on all purchase orders, in accordance with AFS procedures.

· Handle daily customer communications, ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Check with the forwarders and arrange the shipment from vendors periodically and prepare the customs declaration documents.

· Prepare the customs declaration documents for the customers and following the pick-up issue.

· Help the accountant to check A/R and contact the customer if necessary.

· Heavy data entry, emails & phones

· Team player - Work effectively in a team environment

· Follow company policies and procedures


Skills/knowledge:

· Sales/Customer Service experience required, preferably in Import & Export environment or fasteners background

· Computer proficient, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint

· Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written & verbal.

· Handle heavy workload efficiently and set priorities as needed to get the job done
