职位描述：
1、Follow all the Safety procedure during the work.
2、Manage and supervise the Technicians and operators within his shifts as the shift head.
3、Be responsible for the product quantity, quality and OTD.
4、Comply with Company quality standard, follow ISO9001, TS 16949 Quality system, make sure zero defect for PU products through SPC.
5、Be responsible for process parameters set up and adjustment for PU Injection machine.
6、Optimize the production process to be high efficiency and more flexible production.
7、Cost reduction through all kinds of manufacture excellence projects.
8、Train the operators to make sure correct process set up and parameters adjustment.
9、Analyze and identify cause and corrective actions for sealing systems.(more suitable for Application engineer)
10、Participate in product development and general seal and material test programs as required.
11、Provide technical support for customers, distributors, sales engineers as required.
12、Trouble shooting on the production lines.
13、Lead the new equipment and processes transfer projects.
14、Maintain the BOM & Routing in ERP system.
15、Supplier contact relative to equipment and tooling purchases.

任职要求:
1、Minimum College degree, and special subject in chemical or chemical engineering, or relative industry.
2、Minimum 3-5 years experience in PU Injection products manufacturing,
3、Familiar with PU products and process will be advantage;
4、Experience in the science of hydraulics.
5、Experience in DOE.
6、Have extend knowledge of machining, such as Plastic Injection Moldings
7、Be proficient with personal computer in all aspects of MS office.
