职位描述：
He/She is responsible for raw material purchasing at country level for which he/she leads the purchasing process of key suppliers ( including local application and coordination within Group contracts) and responsible for the RFQ, negotiation, contracting, supplier management, reporting:

？ Sourcing activities
- Launch RFQ/tender & manage purchasing process for concerned family and BU of Raw material, or support on plant purchasing team for supplier selection, vendor management and coordination.

- Negotiation of prices and terms with the suppliers to bring cost saving to the company

- Source qualified suppliers, and select best suppliers at best purchasing condition (cost, quality, service), and optimize current suppliers base, and set up potential supplier database.

- E-Sourcing Project lead and coordination for the Shift purchasing saving generation

？ Contracting activities
- Contracting with 3rd Parties on raw material supply
- Contract management
- Monthly report for concerned families (Country Report consolidation ; AU&NZ reporting support, Ad-hoc report upon request)

？ Supplier management
- New supplier introducing
- Supplier base management & optimization
- Coordination with suppliers by providing them with proper reports and feedbacks for any complaint.
- Supplier performance evaluation
- Backup supplier screening and qualification

？ Internal stakeholder management
- Regular communication with key stakeholders to have deep insight of demand

？ Other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
? Education / Experience
Bachelor degree or above with the major of Business administration, Supply chain management or technical.
More than 5 years’ experience in Commodity management area.
At least 3 years or above experience of purchasing and global sourcing in MNC;
Good communication skills.
High initiative, self-motivated and hardworking attitude to work in a matrix team environment.
Perfect financial sense/Business acumen is advantage.
Cable/Wire industrial background is plus.

? Specific knowledge
Fluent English skill is must
Be familiar with MS office.
Be familiar with Reporting methodology
