职位描述

1.0 REPORTS TO报告给: Supply Chain Manager

2.0 Supervises 监管: NA

3.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The aim of planning specialist is to communicate with Marketing/Sales team to convert the forecast and demand into delivery schedule. Places order to supplier and OEMs. Manage OEM’s production and material plan to meet our delivery schedule. Knowledge on PMC is a basic for the position. OEM management is essential.

4.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


4.1 Communicate with marketing/sales team. Handle requirements timely & accurately, including check delivery date, order input, delivery arrangement, third party PO releasing, track order status, and keep Mkt/Sales informed;


4.2 Plan, control, order and coordinate production related materials supporting OEM manufacture process to meet Enlogic’s requirement;


4.3 Work together and monitor OEMs on materials status/production capacity review to prevent production shut down. Negotiate and follow up with suppliers on lead-time of delivery and control inventory;


4.4 Establish working procedure and standardize the work activities: Customer service, Delivery/Production/material planning;


4.5 Maintain and record related documents completely & clearly;

5.4 OEM’s PMC team

6.0 REQUIREMENTS:

6.1 OEM Planning experience;
6.2 Familiar with ERP Material management module and Microsoft Excel/ppt;
6.3 Good English skill in Written and Spoken;
6.4 Initiative work attitude, Hard work and carefulness, Team work spirit;
6.5 5+ work experience with Electronics product manufacturing environment;
