职位描述：

Major Roles:

- To assist the manager in CSC and Shanghai Office to manage the daily logistics administration functions to meet with both internal and external customers requirements.

- Provides shipment & transport administrative support to RSH office.

- To plan and communicate with HLS / TCC and CEA in daily transport & shipment & custom arrangement to ensure punctual arrival of the finished products to customers.

- Provide on-time system update of receiving transactions in BAAN System from day to day.

- Provide timely and efficient sales /delivery orders processing and follow up of shipping documentations.

- Provides analytical support to both the logistics co-ordinator and Functional General Manager in future operations planning and monitoring in warehouse management for both Sumida’s 3P warehouse and VMI Warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Report directly to the logistics in charge of SCMA in handling day to day shipment Coordinate closely with customer service departments, 3PL or HLS/ PLS warehouse operation team to manage properly shipping arrangement and stock movements in China or in H.K.

- Should have the ability to handle full set of import & export custom clearance procedure.

- Monitor the compliance of the shipment and ensure they import to various customers smoothly by close liaison with assigned forwarders.

- Provide export & import shipping support to RSH department to deal with daily sales orders management.

- Provide timely and efficient sales /delivery orders processing and follow up of shipping documentations.

- Any other project or task instructed by the management

Requirements:

1. Sound education background in shipping, logistics, or Supply Chain Management or related discipline with good knowledge of logistics flow, shipping management, order processing and shipping documentation. With working experiences or background from other 3PL is preferable. Or internal transfer from other units will be considered first.

2. Knowledge of ERP system for handling export shipment is preferable.

3. Proficient computer skills especially in use of EXCEL is must.

4. Mature, positive thinking, enthusiastic, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, adaptable, well-organized and systematic.

5. Language: Proficient in written & spoken English & Mandarin.

6. Outgoing, positive, multi-tasked, stable and smart are REQUIRED.
