职位描述：

Job Description:
1 Prepare financial management reports and account reconciliations for our clients and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met;
2 Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations for accounts preparation process;
3 Responsible for bookkeeping and group reporting on a monthly basis;
4 Prepare or review tax calculation and monitor tax filing process on a monthly basis;
5 Handle and respond to routine client administrative concerns;
6 Meet and communicate with clients regularly to fully understand the needs and requirements of clients;
7 Liaise with tax officer and maintain good relationship with relevant government authorities;
8 Coordinate in clients’ audit process;
9 Initial setup for new clients’ accounting system;
10 Assist and to support Account Manager on business development activities;
11 Coach and responsible for the work performed by the accountant in charged under the assigned client portfolio;
12 Other ad hoc assignments.

Requirement:
1 Consultanting company experience is a must;Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines;
2 Over 3 years experience in areas of accounting including GL, AP, AR, Cashbook; tax; financial review, management accounting, etc.,
3 Understanding financial reporting system in-depth;
4.Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office, ERP System;
5 Excellent command of verbal and written skills of English and Chinese;
6 Strong organizational, highly detail oriented, multi-tasking, time-management skills and with strong sense of responsibilities;
7 Ability to meet assigned deadlines;
8 Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results;
9 Experience in financial outsourcing will be preferred;
10 With China CPA or overseas accounting qualification will be an advantage;
