Responsibility:

In charge of projects/products in-process quality control and corrective actions, continuous improvements and corresponding customer complaint. 负责指定项目/产品的质量检控管制及纠正预防、持续改进及对应客诉的改善处理。

1. Interpret and implement specifications for products to determine performance requirements to meet customer expectations. 通过对产品规格的详释和执行来确保产品性能达到要求并最终达到客户满意。
2. Responsible for mass production manufacturing and quality control, training quality inspectors and operators when necessary. 负责批量生产产品的过程及质量控制；并在需要时对QC及作业员进行培训。
3. Performs complex analytical measurements and experiments to resolve product and process issues. 执行综合分析量测和试验，解决产品和制程问题。
4. Judgment for product quality issues, organizes and coordinates corresponding departments and open meetings to formulate methodologies for root cause analysis. Implements statistical methods to isolate problems and resolve them. 判定产品质量问题，组织和协调各个部门进行根因分析，实施方法论分析，隔离和解决问题。

5. Identify the key procedure, lead Control Plan development and set up quality inspection standards and control files. 识别关键工序，领导制程控制计划开发以及制定产品质量方面的检验标准和控制文件.
6. Perform process capability studies and FMEA studies. 执行过程能力分析和FMEA分析。

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Production, etc.) is a must, and directly in-process quality control related experience or mechanical design background is preferred. 本科或以上学历，要求工程相关专业（机械、工业、制造、生产等），直接的制程质量管控经验或者机械设计背景将会优先考虑

2. 3~5 years working experience in quality related position, mechanical engineering or agriculture equipment field experience is a plus. 3~5年质量工作经验，机械或者农牧设备行业优先

3. Good knowledge in quality management, such as Control Plan, SPC, 8D report, FMEA, PPAP, etc. 具备质量管理知识（控制计划，SPC，8D report， FMEA，PPAP等）

4. Familiar with ISO9000 and Quality System Audit. 熟悉ISO9000和质量体系审核
5.Good at written English and basic requirement on oral English. 良好的英语书写能力和基本的口语交流能力

6. Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, etc.) 熟悉办公软件，Excel，PPT，Word，Outlook

7. Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
