职位描述：
要求：

职位描述：
1、 负责建立财务系统客户档案，包括规范客户抬头，客户信用情况 ，并严格执行公司信用规定。
2、 客户收款准确及时反应在系统中，并销账。
3、 根据收款正确及时开具发票，注意收款抬头和发票抬头一致性。严格执行发票签收手续。
4、 根据原始银行收款单据编制记账凭证，负责核算维护与应收账款相关的账目。
5、 根据要求编制应收账款分析报表，及其他领导要求的其他分析报表。
6、 负责应收账款核对工作。
7、 注意客户信用风险，能主动提示领导工作操作中浅在风险。
8、 部分线路结算工作。
9、 定期整理文档，装订凭证，妥善保存重要资料，包括重要电子文件备份工作。要求资料整理便于查找，凭证齐备整洁。
10、 应付会计每周汇总2次各部门资金预算，原则上不支付没有提交预算的申请。要求制作资金支付日报和周报。
11、 协助领导工作，配合审计等事项。 举报 分享
