职位描述：
1、负责协助运营部经理保证员工的办公后勤保障工作；
2、负责公司的所有合同管理，包括所有业务合同；
3、负责办公用品和固定资产管理，办公的采购、发放管理，各部门所需的基本办公设施的采购、发放、维护、保养；
4、负责公司的印鉴、文印的管理和信件的收发以及报刊订阅、分发工作；
5、执行公司的各项行政管理制度并执行与监督，使公司的管理工作规范化；
6、协助财务部完成每月对办公用品及固定资产的例行盘点；
7、负责办公区域的日常维护。绿化植物、办公环境的保洁管理，使公司有一个良好的工作环境；
8、负责协助策划、组织实施全公司员工大会、开展年度总结评比和表彰活动；协助对外联谊活动；
9、负责公司证照年审、归类建档及收集各部门文件资料建立公司档案管理。
10、协助部门经理制定行政工作发展规划、计划与预算方案；
录用条件：
1、大专及以上学历，企业管理、行政管理及相关专业；
2、2年以上行政工作经验；
3、熟悉行政管理知识，熟悉应用office办公软件;
4、具备较强的执行力和规划能力，富有团队合作及敬业精神；
