Job responsibilities (main tasks) / 工作职责：

- Define goals, content and schedule of assigned localization or CoDo projects with global project manager.

- Keep track and report on the project status and follow up results.

- Make the preparations necessary to start localizing (SAP,etc.).

- Identify bottlenecks and find solutions to meet the agreed schedule.

- Define the localization steps / identify the parts for localization.

- Define and assign work packages to the project team members, guide and lead the project team to meet the targets.

- Give technical advise and instructions to the sourcing team and support them actively on the supplier side when critical parts have to be sourced.

- Build prototypes of localized products together with project and production team.

- Prepare 0-series and series production together with production engineering, logistics.

- Support the quality planning and releasing of single parts and assemblies (Criteria, procedures, methods) – before starting the local sourcing or in-house production.

- Support the preparation of make or buy decisions.

- Solve technical issues, support production / assembly layout etc.

- Assists the Product Management to prepare the manufacturing release meeting and transfer the project into series production after the release.

- Support the technical and engineering know-how transfer from Europe.

- The communication with the project team and related department head.

Rieter Textile (Shanghai) Co. Ltd is a wholly owned production subsidiary of Rieter Textile Division. It locates in the Hongqiao Development zone in Shanghai.

Rieter Changzhou Textile Instruments Co., Ltd (Rieter Changzhou) is a wholly owned production subsidiary of Rieter Textile Division with total investment of 93,000,000 Euro. We have our own Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrics and Assembly departments. The products assembled and produced in changzhou sold successfully to domestic and global markets. In 2008, Rieter Changzhou invested more than RMB35,000,000 to buy a new land which is 116,000 m2 for the enlargement of portfolio and the first phase have finished at the end of 2011.
