职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1、Ensure pension and social security fund is submitted/ or terminated in time, for daily employee checkin & checkout
2、Ensure recruitment actions are conducted in time to find qualified candidates according to business need, including Analysing position requirement, releasing JD online, CV screening, conduct interviews, proceeding offering.
3、Organize salary and performance evaluation
4、Take care Employee Onboarding activities, including contract, orientation and etc.
5、Be responsible for training etc.
Requirements：
1、Bachelor degree
2、Minimum 2 years‘ experiences in recruiting, familiar with blue collar positions, like CNC.
3、Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
4、Ability to work under pressure
5、Good English skills both in written and Oral
