职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Conduct company HR policy properly, change policy accordingly when China’s labor market or government policy changed.
2. Monitoring staff turnover and labor cost of varies departments.
3. Manage staff files and staff social welfare and insurance; work with government for annual check.
4. Conduct staff and manager evaluation, conduct salary and bonus system.
5. Finish independently the whole process of hiring foreign staff. (Z visa, work permit, permanent residence, etc.)
6. Represent company to deal with labor dispute and arbitration.
7. Basic HR duties like hiring, demission, negotiation for labor dispute, salary counting, etc.


Requirement:
1. Bachelor a must, major in Law / Psychology / HR / Management / Business preferred.
2. 3-4 years’ work experience in Human Resource a must, 1 year in management level preferred.
3. Good knowledge of Labor Law and social welfare system of PRC China.
4. Fluent English a must, able to use English as work language.
5. Familiar with 6 sectors of HRM, able to conduct them in F&B sector.
6. Able to deal with pressure, multi-task handler, excellent interpersonal skills.
