职位描述:
This position is the primary contact for external customers, internal customers and sales personnel. The focus of this role is to provide customer satisfaction by managing customer queries, order processing, order return processing, general account management, assist credit/collections communication and resolution, and order follow-up. This position requires strong customer orientation and involves handling high-volumes of customer and field sales contact via telephone, fax, email, EDI and Salesforce.com.

The main duties of the Customer Service Coordinator are:

? Timely and accurate order-intake, response to customer needs/ inquiries/complaints;
? Customer account management and sales support;
? Resolving International shipping issues efficiently and successfully;
? Proactive selling of products and services where applicable;
? Manage Credit Collection, payment recording and traceability, issue pro-forma invoices and complete monthly aged debt reports;
? Coordinate and interface with Channel Supply Manager, Finance, Technical Support and Shipping Department to ensure delivery of customer expectations and overall customer satisfaction.

Key success factor:
The ideal candidate must be able manage customers with diplomacy and to resolve customer issues such as order returns, missed delivery of product, shipping, invoicing and payments.
He/she must be creative and efficient in resolving problems around product availability and work pro-actively before issues will arise and affect the customer. He/she must demonstrate the ability to learn new products as they are released for sale. He/she must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; have attention to detail and committed to excellence. He/she has excellent oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years customer service experience within a technology company and must have sound understanding of customer service policies, practices and procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced global team environment is required.
The candidate should hold an associate degree in business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work independently across time zones. This role requires proficiency in Chinese and English; French is an asset.
