Position: Project Logistic Planner
Work Location: Shanghai

Job Description:
？ Report Line: Deputy Logistic Manager
？ Responsibilities:
○ Calculate the logistics cost for new project and create the logistics concept base on customer's requirement; Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the logistics agreement;
根据客户需求，为新项目提供物流成本报价，制定物流概念,与供应商协商最终达成物流协议;
○ Create the logistics flow, optimize the internal and external logistics flow, like the receiving, line feeding, shipping and so on;
Optimize the internal warehouse layout; To define the delivery frequency and window time to balance the stock level and unloading capacity;
制定相应物流流程,优化物流流程，如接收、喂料上线、出货等，优化内部仓库布局规划；定义供应商送货频率和窗口时间，以优化库存及卸货区；
○ Create the material plan for pre-series phase and follow it to ensure the material meet the production plan;
负责量产(SOP)前物料计划制定、跟进，确保物料满足生产计划；
○ Obtain the delivery plan of pre-series phase from customer, and coordinate with related departments to fulfill it and meet customer's requirement;
负责与客户确认量产前订单及交付计划，协调内部各部门，满足客户需求；
○ Develop the packaging with customer and suppliers for new projects and optimize continually;
负责与客户和供应商确认新项目原料包装方案，并持续优化；
○ Other tasks assigned.

Job Specification / required skills:
？ College degree or above, major in Logistic, Trade or English;
大专以上学历，专业是物流、贸易或英语；
？ At least three years working experience with logistic planning in automotive or manufacture field;
至少三年以上在汽车或制造行业的物流规划工作经验；
？ Be familiar with ERP/EXCEL/Words system, SAP is preferred;
熟练运用ERP/EXCEL/Words，有SAP经验为佳；
？ Good negotiation skills and good interpersonal/communication skills;
良好的协商技巧及沟通技能；
？ Organizing and team work ability;
良好的组织能力及团队合作精神；
？ Good English.
