职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.带领创意团队，提供数字互动/社交媒体广告整合创意策略，并能指导并督导创意执行，把控数字互动广告创意成品，包括美术、文字、动画等。
2.独立的创意发想能力和逻辑思维能力，优秀的创意表现能力与文案策划能力。
3.负责对服务项目中重大节点的策略把控、决策，出席服务项目重大节点会议与策略沟通。
4.拥有提案能力，丰富得项目管理和团队建设经验，沟通能力强，并能为部门提。

任职资格：
1.本科以上学历，广告学、互联网相关专业优先；
2.具备五年以上大型互动广告公司或全案客户的服务经验，三年以上部门管理经验；
3.具备完善的广告专业知识和品牌理论基础，系统的策略思考能力，对市场营销有着丰富的理论知识和实践经验；
4.具备优秀的语言表达、沟通能力及敏锐的洞悉市场嗅觉； 举报 分享
