职位描述：
Senior Analyst（高级数据分析师）
 
Main responsibilities:
- Analytics and modeling development, implementation and enhancement
- Operational and analytical reports & management dashboard development
- Present analytical approaches and findings to clients
- Work with clients to develop analytical project requirements
- Support different reports including off-line and on-line requirements based on business needs and inquiry
- Support to share all the tracking reports and to help review the model efficacies or campaign success or efficiency
- Implement detail study in the customer behavior for different types of customers
- Through smart data mining to find the best practice for specific product/product line and help gain the incremental sales or customers via effective targeting actions
- Actively involved in Data Strategy implementation: Data Management development, Database and Data collection enhancement, Customer Profiling, Segmentation, Analytics Integration
 
Requirements:
- Strong modeling, CRM and data management skills and strong logical analytical capability
- Strong skills on data mining and data analysis, a keen eye for details, a customer focus and creativity in program and content development
- Ability to present analytical approaches, framework and finding in precise and ease to understand manner
- Good ability to understand business needs and good sense of business acumen
- Ability to analyze database, extracting meaningful and relevant conclusions for not only customer database but also prospect customer database and help other team members to define further analytical actions
- Team oriented with ability to multi-task
- Understand how to balance priorities with varying deadlines in a fast paced environment
- University and Graduate degree in statistics, computer science or relevant disciplines
- 3 years or above CRM and/or modeling data analysis, database marketing experience in managing retail or consumer database with preferably a national or international company and client in banking, insurance, packaged goods, or telecommunication
- Experienced in SAS (Macro Language Facility, SQL, ODS), IML, AF, STAT, GRAPHIC modules
- Rapidminer and web analytics experience
- Some experience in programming with C/C++、Perl and other high-level programming language such as Matlab prefered
- Open source experience in R preferred
- Well organized, good communication skills and interpersonal skill
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Comfortable with business trips

1、 领导数据分析团队，负责研究与分析CRM数据库以协助业务决策
2、 负责根据客户需求设计分析型报表及建立模型
3、 协助团队开发分析类产品并将经验与团队成员分享
4、 向客户展现分析结果以及下一步的决策建议
5、 管理跟踪客户需求


要求：
1、 统计、数学或IT及其他相关背景本科及其以上学历，硕士优先
2、 3年以上建模、数据分析或数据处理经验，有项目管理经验者优先
3、 优秀的分析能力
4、 优秀的SQL，SAS、BI、Java软件（或者其他数据分析工具）的操作能力
5、 良好的英文读写能力
6、 拥有CRM方面知识者优先
7、 具有银行数据分析、快递消费品或化妆品行业经验者尤佳
8、 结果导向，有相关的项目成功经验
9、 注重细节，精力充沛，渴望学习
