职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据公司业务发展及部门用人要求，完成所需要的招聘工作指标；
2、负责分析招聘渠道，并通过各种渠道寻访合适的候选人；
3、拓展各类社交平台及招聘渠道，满足公司用人需求；
4、负责职位发布、简历筛选、电话邀约，为候选人做面试及初步评估，通过有效的匹配工作来确定合适的候选人；
5、负责根据招聘计划的执行情况不定期的提出招聘工作的改善建议；
6、定期统计汇总各种招聘数据报表；
7、完成上级交办的其它事宜。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、心理学等相关专业者优先；
2、1年以上的招聘工作经验，亦可接受优秀应届生；
3、有较强的语言组织、表达的能力，以及高效的执行力、良好的沟通协调能力；
4、熟练应用office办公软件,熟练使用各类招聘渠道，熟悉人才市场情况；
5、性格开朗，责任心强，自律性强，有上进心，能承担一定的工作压力。
6、热爱人力资源工作，熟悉招聘模块各流程操作模式；
7、英语口语流利或有猎头工作经验者优先，职业形象大方。 举报 分享
