职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide interpretation & translation support to Sales Team
Provide daily secretarial support like typing, filing, phone & email handling, etc
Prepare documents including presentation material
Maintain easily accessible and clear electronic and paper files
Organize meetings, Scheduling and calendar management
Co-ordinates department activities
Co-ordinate necessary internal and external communications
Assist in maintaining customer relationship.
Cooperate and communicate with internal functional departments
Weekly travel schedule consolidation, and assume the duties of travel coordinator for the sales team
Make weekly/monthly sales report as requested l Offices materials ordering for sales team
Contract management
Any other general administrative duties
Provide other ad-hoc support as needed
REQUIREMENTS
· University graduate, major in English and/or business administration
· About 3 years relating working experience, Sales or marketing background preferred.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
· Strong computer/software skills (Word, Excel, Access)
· Flexible, service-oriented team player and proactive attitude
· Strong communication skills
· Good problem solving ability
