OVERALL OBJECTIVES


Person who applies for this position must have more than 3-5 years of retail working experience in professional brands background; be a skilful trainer, an experienced retail practitioner, a professional administrator. Most of all, you always have to be self-motivated and have positive attitude.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Main Responsibilities

The Retail Trainer will take part in the general sparring with the National Retail Operations Manager regarding development of training materials and the planning of the training activities .



The role will be very practical oriented, exercising in deals coaching and on-floor training throughout the region in order to push the deal Staff into delivering an excellent level of service towards all our consumers throughout the region. Practising what we preach is a core motivator within Retail .



·As a professional retail trainer;

· Deliver seasonal product trainings and management trainings to the dealer staff and management executives;

· Deliver service standards trainings and sales skills training;

· Develop and execute retail operation management training;

· Shop coaching.

·As a professional administrator;

· Strong ability of training database management;

· Professional skills in wording/writing/any written form work both in English and Chinese;

· Detailed training materials preparations.

·As a good coordinator;

· Communicate with APAC training and product department to get updates and have MS claims resolved;

· Strong communications with the dealers to ensure their efforts on service management and get their knowledge updated;

· In charge of the smooth running of MS program;

· Coordinate the executions of E-learning program.





REQUIREMENTS


· Bachelor degree graduated;

· Minimum 3-5 years of retail training experiences in brand companies;

· Experience of management training towards middle/high level managers is a must;

· A background of luxury industry is highly preferred.

· Excellent presentation skills ;

· Excellent Microsoft office skills on PPT, excel, word, outlook, etc;

· Good English skills including both speaking and writing;

· Effective communication skills;

· Mature, organized and attentive to details.
