职位描述：

Responsibilities：

a. Support CEO for all the coordination work like flight/hotel booking, car rental, reimbursement…etc.

b. Arrange the working/meeting schedule for CEO, prepare for the corresponding materials.

c. Do the translation and explanation for all kinds of documents when required.

d. Consolidate and prepare the daily reports as per request

e. Follow up closely the sales team's KPI

f. Other tasks as assigned by CEO

Requirements：

a. above 3-year experience as EA, Industry background experience is preferred

b. Be good at MS office

c. Fluent in oral and written English

d. Have ability to question assumptions

e. Have good communication, organization and planning skill

f. Enthusiasm and positive thinking

g. Good team spirit, Flexibility and adaptability

h. Have stress management
