职位描述：
岗位职责：
1． 针对不同区域经销商提供针对性解决方案，从而提高单店销售业绩，完成销售指标；
Providing solution for different dealers to make sales growth and complete the sales target;
2. 处理经销商订单，及时向客户反馈订单进展情况，提高客户满意度；
Handel customers’ sales orders, timely feedback to customer order progress, improving customers’ satisfaction;
3. 跟踪经销商预订单，保证预订单的准确性；
Tracking customers’ sales per order, ensure the accuracy of the pre order.
4. 负责区域市场开拓，根据公司要求寻找合适的经销商；
Responsible for regional business development according to company needs;
5. 鉴别经销商店面的位置并协助经销商的开店工作；
Identifying the location for store/shop and provide assistant for store opening;
6. 熟悉并贯彻销售流程和制度，熟练掌握Oracle系统，制作其管辖区域内经销商订单。与相关部门同事沟通合作，确保订单顺利执行；
Familiar with and execute the sales process & sales rules, master the Oracle system and input sales order. Have a good communication and co-operation with relevant departments to ensure the smooth implementation of the orders;
7. 跟踪客户订单，及时向客户反馈订单进展情况，提高客户满意度；
Tracking customers’ orders, timely feedback to the customer order progress, improving customers’ satisfaction;
8. 对经销商进行B2B的培训，确保经销商能够熟练的运用B2B的功能；
Carry out B2B training for our retailers, make sure our retailers can skillfully use the function of B2B.
9. 了解市场，准确把握市场同类产品的价格定位；
Explore the market information; grasp the price position of similar products in the market;
10. 能准确传达公司市场走向和最新产品，及时反馈经销商的需求；
Convey the market direction and new products accurately, timely feedback to the dealers;
11. 定期对客户回访，了解并挖掘客户新需求，管理维护客户关系。
Regularly make customer visits, understand and tap new customer needs, manage and maintain customer relationships.

任职要求：
1． 大专以上学历，有3年以上经销商管理及开发经验，热爱自行车行业，有自行车行业工作背景优先；
College and above degree, more than 3 years of channel sales development and managing experience, bike lover, bicycle industry background is preferred.
2． 协调沟通能力、学习能力、适应能力优秀；能接受长期出差；
Good coordinating & communication skills, excellent ability on learning; Can accept biz trip for long time.
3． 良好的团队合作意识、客户服务意识强；
Good sense of teamwork, and a strong sense of customer service.
4． 有良好的英语听说读写能力为佳。
