Responsibilities:
? Customer Management: Interact and maintain positive relationships with customers to guarantee customer satisfaction with quality of support.
? Engagement Management: Coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Encourage exchange of ideas/information to maximize GLOBALFOUNDRIES service performance.
? Order Management: Enter customer specific information in Oracle, which may include purchase orders, pricing, quote, and ship methods. Manage the customer's backlog in Oracle.
? Forecast Analysis: Active participation in the Forecast Process. Enter booking and billing forecast in Demantra. Proactively follow up with customers on the purchase orders.
? Interface with global planners (US, SG, DE) by e-mail correspondence or conference calls to coordinate and resolve customers matter and fab related issues.
? Interface with Account Executives, Engineers and Finance locally and globally and forwards applicable information to the Factory to resolve customer’s issues
? Answer, or assist in obtaining answers to internal staff’s questions with regards to customer specifics
? Resolve production scheduling, shipping or invoicing problems; determine validity of RMA claims and schedule rework resources
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in customer support.
? English communication skill is a must.
? Years working experiences in semiconductor industry direct customer support, knowledge of company products, company functions; is a plus.
? Experience in working closely with customers and other staff members to resolve customer issues.
? Requires knowledge of company products, company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures.
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
