Profile

Chinese - English speaker with minimum 1 year of experience in logistics. Must have experience managing suppliers and availability for travelling out of Shanghai. We search for in case of this position. Low working experience needed. University studies related Logistics/Business/International Business. Hopefully good level of English.


Responsibilities

Follow up for mass production schedule
Keep information updated at internal system
Coordinate QC procedures at factories
Clear email communication with main office in South America
Push factories to reach the shipping date committed

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Building a working relationship with Product Managers, Merchants, & Suppliers to proactively manage the product requirements relative to manufacturability, performance, quality, cost, lead-times and minimums.


Working Schedule and location:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30 pm. Lunch break included between 12 and 13 pm.
The office is located at Xuhui district, No. 69 YiXueYuan Road. Zhaojiabang subway station.



Salary

Net salary open to be negotiated according the profile of the postulant and their aspiration.
Additional we usually pay monthly assignation for lunch and 2 bonus during the year.
