1、负责PlayABC中心的日常营运管理，完成公司下达的业绩指标；
2、整合各类资源，控制成本，保持中心的业绩可持续增长；
3、员工的招聘及训练与指导；
4、品牌市场宣传；
5、利用有效的方法激励中心的全体工作人员；
6、保持水准的客户服务和授课质量；
7、与总公司进行有效沟通并且给予行政配合，每周及每月向HO提交管理报告。

任职条件：
1、学历本科以上；
2、5年工作经验，其中3年相关管理工作经验；
3、 良好的英文沟通能力；
4、 对本地市场人文的了解；
5、 品牌文化的高度认同；
6、 出色的领导能力良好的人际关系和沟通能力；
7、 很强的应变、谈判能力；
8、 强烈的责任心；
9、 具有良好的压力承受能力。

Responsibilities
-Manage the daily running of the center,achieve tasks under pressure
-Manage the financial performance
-Make effective use of the human resources of the center
-Maintain high standards of customer service,teaching quality

Qualifications
-Bachelor or Master Degree
-Great communication,analytical and negotiation skills
-Above 5 years working experience and above 2 years management experience
-Management experience in language school is better
-Fluent in both written & spoken English
