1、负责给工厂提供相关培训和辅导，提前做好验厂准备工作；
2、统筹验厂工作，接洽和协助客户或第三方验厂机构完成验厂工作；
3、负责公司生产管理体制导入执行，并对体系文件进行全面跟进与审核；
4、对工厂审核提出改善意见，并进行跟踪改善，协助工厂顺利通过客户或指定第三方公证机构审核；
5、根据验厂发现的问题，制定改善方案并跟进落实；
6、跟进、监督工厂后续生产过程，确保其按要求生产；
7、管理和更新验厂相关的文件资料；
8、根据有关生产过程的统计方法决定质量提高的数据性要素；
9、建立统计信任，通过识别样品尺寸和可接受错误决定信任等级；
10、通过收集、分析和整合数据准备报告和提出建议;
11、维持纺织、家具行业的专业技术知识；
12、通过完成必须的工作来协助团队工作。

职位要求：

1. 本科以上学历；
2. 具备熟练的英语或西班牙语，听说读写能力及电脑操作技巧；
3. 三到五年供应商管理和客户验厂经验，纺织行业优先；
4. 熟悉相关的法律法规和品牌客户社会责任要求；
5. 有较强的责任感，有良好的职业操守；
6. 良好的沟通能力，做事细心，抗压性强；
7. 能经常出差。


Quality Engineering Job Duties:
? Be responsible for providing training courses and instructions for factory; be prepared for factory qualification procedures;
? Organize factory qualification procedures, consult and assist with customers or the third party on finishing the testing routine;
? Be responsible for putting production management system into practices and following up with examining and verifying the documentation;
? Deliver feasible remedies on testing results, follow up with corrections and assist factories’ approval from customer or assigned third party;
? Formulate feasible remedies and put them into practices based on the results of factory qualification procedure;
? Follow up and supervise production progress, ensure the production progress stick to the requirements;
? Manage and update factory qualification relevant documents;
? Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
? Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidence.
? Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations
? Maintains professional and technical knowledge on textile and furniture industry;
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:
? College degree or above；
? 5 years related working experience or above, textile industry is preferred;
? Responsible and conscientious.
? Strong Ability of English or Spanish language,Listening, Speaking, Reading and writing, and strong ability of computer operating;
? Willing to have business trip.
